We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately. Kinu products are cosmetic hair care products intended for external use only. Please review the ingredient list before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) and may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing error; if payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. Delivery is available to the GCC countries listed in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Welcome codes are limited to one use per customer.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Kinu name, logo, images and text, belongs to Kinu and may not be used without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law
